BadgeDay Recruit — for future firefighters

Most candidates don't fail the job. They fail the process.

Hundreds test for a handful of badges — and most are eliminated by avoidable mistakes long before the interview. BadgeDay Recruit builds the skills that carry you through every stage, and steers you around the errors that quietly end most candidacies.

  • Written exam prep built around how departments actually score and rank
  • CPAT guidance that trains the events, not just the gym
  • Oral board practice that makes you memorable for the right reasons
  • Stage-by-stage process guidance, application to academy

Why I'm building this

I've spent over 20 years in the fire service, and I'm an active captain today. I've watched capable candidates wash out of hiring for completely avoidable reasons — and sharp firefighters walk out of promotional exams beaten not by the material, but by how they studied it. BadgeDay is the tool I wish existed at both moments. It's built nights and off-days by someone who's sat on both sides of the table — not by a test-prep company guessing at what the fire service needs.
